2. Download and save COMBOFIX to your Desktop - bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
3. Read all of the instructions before proceeding
4. Ensure you have a backup of all your data before proceeding
5. Disable your Antivirus program - ensure the AV program has been disabled
6. Run COMBOFIX from your desktop - DO NOT RUN OTHER PROGRAMS UNTIL IT HAS FINISHED
7. SAVE the log file to a location you will remember and save it using a unique name
8. Go to the DOS Prompt and navigate to your desktop
9. From the DOS PROMPT enter COMBOFIX /UNINSTALL
10. When finished Re-Enable your antivirus program
11. Re-Enable System Restore
12. Reboot your computer
